MTSO, Mersin Chamber of Commerce and Industry Administrative Building;  MTSO has a total usage area of 21,100 m², including 5700 m² of special service units, 3100 m² of Conference-Training-Exhibition and Dining Halls, 4300 m² of Commercial Units and 8000 m² of Offices.  However, the shaded inner garden solved inside the building offers a comfortable living space with its own microclimate in Mersin's hot climate with passive ventilation. The relationship of the spaces open to social and public use with the administrative units has been designed as controllable, thus ensuring the continuity of social activities in the building independent of the use of the administrative units.
