The multi-storey car park building located on Atatürk Street has a parking capacity of 160 vehicles on its floors, which can be accessed by vehicle elevators, as well as social, commercial and administrative functions on the ground and basement floors. It is envisaged that it will work as an activator to ensure the social bond between Atatürk Street and Cumhuriyet Square with these functions it offers facing the street. In the disabled-friendly structure, there are also bicycle parks besides vehicle parking spaces. The building has a closed area of 5680 m². Design, Implementation Projects and Tender Files have been prepared.
